This bagel bento I've made this week for my daughter for kindergarten. At the moment I bake a lot with yeast dough, so I thought, I try it out to bake bagels. This I want to try since a long time, but I could not make up one's mind. Why? I don't know. At the same time, the effort is not so big and they taste much better than purchased ones. Optical, they looks also great. So I will make more bagel bento in the future.

It has also the advantage that you can adapt the size and shape of the bagels to the box, because the most Bagels from supermarkets are a bit too big.
The bagel I have filled with salad, salami and cheese. In addition there was still a funny little puppy from goat cheese with ears made of sausage. The face was as always punched out of nori. Furthermore, there were still a few flowers from carrot and goat cheese, one tomato, pickled cucumbers and onions and apple bunnies.

Dieses Bagel Bento gab es diese Woche für meine Tochter mit in den Kindergarten. Da ich momentan wieder vieles aus Hefeteig backe, habe ich mir gedacht ich probiere auch mal Bagels aus zu backen. Das hatte ich schon sehr lange vor gehabt, konnte mich aber irgendwie nicht wirklich dazu durchringen. Warum auch immer? Dabei ist der Aufwand gar nicht so groß und sie schmecken um einiges besser als gekaufte. Auch optisch sind sie super geworden. So wird es nun wohl öfter mal Bagel mit im Bento geben.

Außerdem hat es den Vorteil, dass man die Größe oder Form der Bagels der Box anpassen kann, da die meisten Bagels aus dem Supermarkt doch etwas zu groß sind.
Inhalt:
Den Bagel habe ich mit Salat, Salami und Käse belegt. Dazu gab es noch ein lustiges Hündchen aus Ziegenkäse mit Ohren aus Mortadella. Gesicht wurde wie immer aus Nori gestanzt. Weiterhin gab es noch ein paar Blumen aus Karotte und Ziegenkäse ausgestochen, eine Tomate, eingelegten Gürkchen und Zwiebelchen und Apfelhasen.
